meet katy. Yoga teacher, ski instructor, physiotherapist, posturologist, founder of the Satiam Academy and now H. Holderness model. Is there anything this super-supple yogi can’t do?
our gorgeous model is a physical therapist by trade, specialising in the field of neurophysiology.
returning to france after studying anusara yoga in vancouver for 2 years, katy founded her yoga studio and school - Satiam Yoga.
inspired by her unique background in as a physiotherapist, a posturologist, as well as her training in anusara practice, Satiam Yoga connects the dots between these DISCIPLINES, resulting in a totally unique experience.

She says her mission is simple “to help each individual become conscious of their infinite capacity, both on the yoga mat and beyond into daily life”.
living and teaching in annecy - France, katy splits her time as a ski teacher on the slopes of la clusaz, Satiam Yoga and academy, hosting retreats, workshops and teacher trainings.
