Meet katy. Yoga teacher, ski instructor, physiotherapist, posturologist, founder of the Satiam Academy and now H. Holderness model. Is there anything this super-supple yogi can’t do?
For those graduates longing for a taste of the University ski life, Shred Ski has heard your prayers. Welcome to the first ski week of its kind - based on the traditional university ski week model but adapted to the needs and desires of us graduates.
It’s not everyday we can get out on the mountain, but with the right picture you can almost feel the fresh alpine air rushing back into your lungs. For those in need of their photographic-fix, we caught up with friend and photographer - Wij Travers - to chat all things skiing, snow and shooting on the slopes.
We went on a 700 mile journey to find the perfect location for our latest photoshoot.
The story begins in the French Alps. Founder, Henrietta, noticed that there weren’t base-layers that girls wanted to wear. Instead, the women she was skiing with were choosing to wear their gym leggings in lieu of ‘traditional’ wooly thermals because they wanted to wear the same thing from breakfast to bed - piste to party.
Have a look at our latest photoshoot, making the most of the last of the spring snow. Don’t miss our iron footage of our secret location.
The annual St John's charity fashion show always promises to be an event too good to be missed and this year was no exception. Have a look and see what we got up to!
As we wave goodbye to the 17/18 Winter season here are our highlights of H. Holderness's first 5 months based in our mountain home. From getting involved with University ski societies, to hitting the slopes for product testing, its all in here.
The snow is falling, the mountains are calling and I've returned to Alps - the place where the H. Holderness was conceived. The ethos? Embracing an active lifestyle in the mountains and converting skiers everywhere to don beautifully printed lycra under their salopettes instead of old-school woolen thermals - one pair of leggings at a time.
