What is your Returns Policy for orders sent to the UK, Mainland Europe and the rest of the World?
We hope you love all our products, but if you want to return an item, no problem! Just fill out our returns form and ship it back to us. You can return any item providing it’s within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns will be charged at the local postal fee.

How do I know you received my returned items?
You’ll receive an email when we receive your order to let you know its arrived safely. You can also ship the order with recorded delivery to track exactly where it’s got to!
Can I return my item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Something isn’t quite the right size? No problem, send it back to us within 28 days, state the size you want and we’ll ship it back to you free of charge.
What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
We hope everything goes smoothly, but in the event of a mistake please accept our apologies and contact henrietta@hholderness.com, we will sort this out for you.
How will I be refunded?
You'll be refunded via your original payment method on the www.hholderness.com website.
